... welcome to Folly & Gander! I'm Alex, designer and founder of this proudly small business.

I've loved paper and stationery for as long as I can remember, one of my favourite toys growing up was a post-office set, complete with tiny envelopes, stickers, stamps, forms... the list goes on. Safe to say my passion for paper has only increased and these days I pour that into designing beautiful stationery and paper goods. I've worked in commercial graphic design for over 10 years, so turning my hand to a range of projects is second nature.

When I'm not at my desk, deep in paper samples and calligraphy ink, you will find me walking the Chiltern Hills, renovating our house, and being treated to fabulous food cooked by my husband.
